Assets which produce sustainable income, with growth potential and supported by good underlying land values.
Typical asset size will be c. £5m but smaller/ larger assets may be acquired depending upon opportunity/ capital availability.
The objective will be to collect and distribute the quarterly income quickly and efficiently.
We will not undertake speculative development nor be exposed to material operational expenditure.
